Markus Hub is a platform for sharing and discovering AI agents, teams, and skills ("Items"). Users can publish, browse, download, and rate Items.

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using third-party authentication providers (GitHub, Google) or email verification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any Items you publish. By publishing an Item, you grant Markus Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it through the Service. You must not publish content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' intellectual property.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Upload malicious code or content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Abuse, harass, or harm other users
Circumvent rate limits or access controls

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-published Items) are the property of Markus Hub and are protected by applicable laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Markus Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
